Ted Hurst joined the company from Arrow Puzzles. He was responsible for exports, Peter for design and Harry for marketing. In Milton Bradley's machinery was purchased from their factory in Ireland.

Harry had been a shareholder in Arrow Puzzles so the Samco presses and other machinery had been designed by Jondorf and were familiar to him. Falcon then continued to grow, with large sales in the U. They produced jigsaw puzzles of many art and photographic scenes.
