Contact: Parks and Recreation. Use a gouge to peel away pumpkin skin within the stencil's dotted lines. Scrape deeply enough to reveal the lower, light-color rind layer, but be careful not to puncture the pumpkin wall. Use a serrated knife to cut out stencil sections within solid lines. Discard extra pumpkin pieces.
