I am a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Disability Management Specialist with over 20 years experience working with injured workers through state fund and self-insured employers. My employer is Vista Consulting Services, and I take great pride in working for this company.

Jim began his career in housing and community development in Knowing that homeownership was a key ingredient to neighborhood stability and community revitalization throughout the years Jim developed several innovative fee-generating and asset-based entrepreneurial mortgage lending products.

Vista has a proven track record of success. As part of these contracts, Jim provided training workshops on mortgage financing, housing counseling, and entrepreneurial approaches for nonprofit organizations throughout the state. HOI evolved into six nonprofit entities, holding multimillion-dollar government contracts with a network of 73 housing counseling agencies throughout 17 states.
